Zoom Reminders:
To help maintain safety of all community members and participants, please PUT YOUR FULL NAME ON THE ZOOM SCREEN when joining Habonim programs and prayer services.
Zoom offers a window into our personal space. While many coronatime jokes have emerged about only wearing public-facing clothing from the waist (or neck) up, remember that when you come to the screen, you are helping to create sacred space. Particularly in our prayer services when we both sit and stand, take care to wear appropriate clothing and to adjust your screen accordingly.
Zoom Instructions
While we can't get together in person, we are using Zoom to connect online for services, classes, and other activities. (There is no charge.) Chrome and Firefox browsers seem to work best. Zoom passwords are case-sensitive.
Please choose the setting in your profile that allows your name to appear on screen. Remember that other Zoom meeting participants can see the backdrop of your home, and what you're wearing. You can mute your audio so that background noise in your home can't be heard by meeting participants. "Unmute" when you wish to be heard.
