Options for Sponsorship:

Level 1: Sponsor the Fruit ($180)
Level 2: Sponsor the Cookies ($360)
Level 3: Sponsor the Bagels ($540)
Level 4: Sponsor the Lox ($720)
Level 5: Full Kiddush ($1000)
Level 6: Deluxe Kiddush ($1500)

Levels 1-4 may be shared with others who request to sponsor kiddush the same week

Please have your request in no later than the Wednesday before the Shabbat in which you would like to sponsor. Availability is not guaranteed. Please contact our office at office@habonim.net if you would like to confirm a date before filling out this form.
