Members & the wider community are invited to join us at our friendly neighborhood synagogue located at 103 West End Ave as we celebrate Hanukkah on the Upper West Side.
Thursday, December 7th - Doors at 5:30pm - In person at Habonim - Join us on the first night of Hanukkah for an evening of music and celebration from our very own Cantor Jessica Futran! We will begin with a communal candlelighting (cocktails and refreshments will be available) followed by a concert and singalong of Hanukkah melodies led by the beautiful voice of Cantor Jessica accompanied by producer and fellow soloist Sharon Litwinoff and featuring Leerone Kakami on violin and Shay Slusky on piano.
Doors and bar open at 5:30, candlelighting at 5:45 and concert at 6:00pm!
Monday, December 11th at 4:50pm -Join us for Torah with a Twist: Special Hanukkah Edition featuring Rabbi Gelber! As always, there will be Singing & Shmoozing, Drashing & Drinking! The program starts at 4:50pm so parents of the 3-5th graders can join their children for tefilah at 5:35pm. This program is open to any & all interested congregants - not just religious school parents - so bring your friends, and spread the word!
Friday, December 15 after 6:00pm Kabbalat Shabbat service - Hanukkah Community Shabbat Dinner following an in-person Friday night service led by the 6th and 7th graders.
