Admission to the formation blocks and the Fifth Avenue route will be limited to individuals wearing sashes, event T-shirts or wrist bands. Group and float leaders, who are able to positively identify individuals not wearing t-shirts, will have access to wrist bands for anyone not wearing a t-shirt.
