Early Explorers Inquiring Member Enrollment Agreement

I hereby enroll my child in the Early  Explorers Program at Congregation Habonim for the school year 2023/2024, beginning October 2023 and ending May 2024. By my signature below I understand that I am responsible for the annual tuition  which is $10,975 and will be collected on the schedule below as follows: 

I understand through my signature below that the Early Explorers Program is for the entire school year.  I understand that I need to continue to be a member of Congregation Habonim as long as I am enrolled in  the Early Explorers Program. Synagogue Membership is included in the Early Explorers contract.  Congregation Habonim reserves the right to make substitutions or modifications of the program curriculum which in its discretion, it deems appropriate for educational reasons. In case of absence, illness  or voluntary withdrawal, no refunds will be made for any fees, deposit, or tuition. Any unpaid balance,  whether or not then due, shall become immediately due and payable. 

I also understand that if Congregation Habonim feels, after due consideration, that our family is not  benefiting from the Early Explorers experience, it is the privilege of the synagogue to request that the family be withdrawn and any refund of tuition will be prorated for the unused remainder of the year. I will also agree to abide by and to be bound by the rules and regulations of Congregation Habonim. This contract is entire and not divisible.
