Here are some of the amazing things the Habonim Community has to offer:

  • Our wonderful clergy.  Rabbi Gelber & Cantorial Soloist Jessica (Futran) Scheinman will officiate your lifecycle events – bris, baby naming, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, wedding, funeral, etc. – and provide advice, counsel, and education on all things Jewish.

  • Jewish education for your children.  Members may enroll in Habonim's Nursery School and afterschool Religious School. Your children will read Hebrew,  be exposed to Jewish values, traditions, and rituals, and learn about Torah, holidays,  services, Israel, and how to "repair the world."

  • Bar/Bat Mitzvah.  Preparation through one-on-one tutoring customized for your child.

  • A warm, welcoming Jewish community.

    • A place for you and your children to make friends and gather for services, holidays, events for children and adults, cocktail parties, our annual gala, Purim carnival, and more!

    • An inspiring community to celebrate Shabbat, the High Holidays, and festivals with, including children’s services

    • Support in times of illness, loss, and sitting shiva

  • Food!  Beautiful kiddush lunch every Saturday for kids and adults

  • Explore your own Judaism in any way you see fit, in a warm, nurturing, non-judgmental environment
